Hello!
My name is Katie Faulkner.
I teach parents like you how to create the best possible chance of getting the quality sleep needed to thrive.
As a parent, elementary school teacher and a former home-based preschool provider, I have seen firsthand how sleep (or lack of it) impacts the lives of families. Sleep enables us to function optimally and is critical for healthy growth and development. More than that, the quality of sleep experienced impacts mental and emotional wellbeing, which influences the quality of life we live. Sleep is the bed upon which wellbeing rests. I love teaching families like yours how to enhance wellbeing through sleep.

When I'm not helping families improve their sleep, you can find me with my husband and our two boys - we love going on adventures as a family, especially when we are all well-rested.
was born through synthesizing what I've learned throughout life as a teacher, a parent and through supporting families with sleep.
