Sleep Strategy Sessions are for families with children aged 4 months to 4 years
who need support with sorting out their sleep struggle to improve their family's sleep situation.
Taking your family's unique context into account, sleep strategies will be offered that are in n alignment with your parenting values. Based on your input, an individualized plan to manage the sleep struggle your family is facing will be designed. I will teach you how to resolve the sleep struggle your family is facing, and support you in putting your sleep plan into place.
Sleep Strategy Session
After I've reviewed your completed comprehensive Sleep Assessment, a 10-minute planning session will be scheduled to include your input. I will create a custom sleep strategy for your unique child’s sleep needs that’s in alignment with your parenting style. We will schedule a 30 minute virtual learning session to discuss how to implement your sleep strategy, followed by an email containing a summary.
Follow-up support is offered in the form of one 15-minute virtual meeting and one detailed response to an emailed question.

For families that need have received support in the past and require support with a new sleep challenge, experienced with the same child.
