Katie guided us all along the way to creating healthy sleep habits for our daughter Chloe. She continuously provided advice on how to adjust to match Chloe’s sleep needs to keep her well-rested, and in turn we got better rest too. When my son was about 6 weeks old, we were struggling because he would just not sleep during the day no matter what I tried. I felt helpless, confused and like I was failing as a new mom.
